The Undergraduate Business Society is proud to announce the second annual Andrew Jacks Memorial Scholarship. Students who have a demonstrated interest in finance with strong academic performance and work experience are open to apply for this merit and need-based scholarship. Scholarships of $1,000 will be awarded to two (2) students in honor of Andrew Jacks, a member of the UBS Board who passed away in 2016. Typically, the aim of the scholarship is to aid with items such as housing, daily needs, and travel to ensure that students are able to pursue their goals even if unable to financially support such aspirations. Given the current state of affairs under COVID-19, we hope to aid students who have been adversely affected by the pandemic. We want to support students’ professional advancement whether or not internships have been canceled or made virtual and fund technology, career-related education, or other such ways to finance learning.
