Product Management Speaker Series  |  Fall quarter

The Undergraduate Business Society’s Product Management Speaker Series provides UCLA’s undergraduate students foundational guidance and an edge on the competition in recruiting for entry-level product management positions. The series begins with an overview of product management, the recruitment process, and how to best prepare for product interviews. Students will also be introduced to UCLA alum in product management and current UCLA student interns in PM who will share their insights on recruitment, what they’ve learned, and more.

 

technical skills workshop  |  spring quarter

The Undergraduate Business Society’s Technical Skills Workshop is designed to make students comfortable with the technical skills they may need in the workplace. Whether students are interested in product management, data science or business operations, it’s vital to learn the tools needed to efficiently collect and analyze data in order to support data driven initiatives. No prior programming experience is needed for the workshops. Past topics have included Python Programming, Data Collection using APIs, Data Management with SQL, and Data Analysis with Numpy and Pandas.
