Interested in Investment Banking? Attend this sell-side M&A advisory information session hosted by J.P. Morgan and Bruin Hedge Fund.

About the Case Competition: This case will allow you to get hands on experience in sell-side banking through financial modeling, due diligence, and strategic analysis. Teams of up to 4 members will choose from select companies and create a presentation deck that outlines the potential sale of the business. All participants must be UCLA undergraduate students in the class of 2027 or 2028. This information session will be going into detail about the case competition, providing insight on sell-side advisory, and hosting a panel with J.P. Morgan's bankers with open networking afterwards.
