This program will match 50 pairs of mentors and mentees based on shared professional and personal interests. Mentor and mentee pairs will be able to meet and interact in a variety of events organized by Anderson and UBS to further develop their relationships.

Students who are accepted into this program will be paired up with a Deloitte practitioner who will act as a resource for any information on recruiting, consulting, or working life in general. As a part of this program, students will also get to participate in events to help them prepare for fall recruiting and learn more about life at Deloitte.
