Members of the Genesis Capital team will be hosting an informational session to share details about our rotational program designed for graduating seniors. Participants in the program gain hands-on experience, exposure to day-to-day business operations and deals, and the opportunity to work across different areas of the organization. Through mentorship, professional development, and real-world experience, participants can build valuable skills and grow their careers within the company.
About the Program:
Complete a five-month rotation across the organization, gaining exposure to key functions.
Develop core analytical capabilities in credit evaluation, collateral assessment, and real estate market analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how deals move from intake to funding.
Build toward a full-time analyst role through hands-on exposure to underwriting, pipeline management, and end-to-end loan operations.
Build real estate finance foundations by learning how to analyze renovation budgets, market comparables, and collateral documentation.
