Leadership Development
The Leadership Development committee coordinates two major mentorship programs; the Anderson Mentorship Program and the cUBS Mentorship Program. The committee works closely with current Anderson students to sign up mentors and coordinate initiatives to facilitate strong mentor-mentee connections. The cUBS program matches current UBS board members with committee members to help develop younger members by guiding them through the business landscape in and out of UCLA. The committee holds various leadership panels throughout the year, highlighting students and alumni in executive leadership roles. They also co-host a 4-week workshop with Anderson that helps students learn public speaking, networking, and general leadership skills.

UBS/anderson mentorship program | FALL QUARTER
The Bruin Family Mentorship Program, organized by the Leadership Development Committee in collaboration with the UCLA Anderson School of Management and the Undergraduate Business Society (UBS), is a year-long initiative designed to connect driven undergraduate students with accomplished Anderson MBA mentors.
Each fall quarter, undergraduate mentees are paired with MBA mentors based on shared career interests and goals. Over the course of the academic year, these partnerships provide a platform for professional growth, leadership development, and skill enhancement. Mentors offer personalized guidance on career exploration, self-improvement, and professional development, empowering mentees to navigate their career journeys with confidence.
