The UBS Career Development (CD) Workshop is a six-week program (Weeks 3-8) with one session every Sunday from 7:30-8:30pm on Zoom designed to help freshmen, sophomores, and transfer students navigate business careers, internship recruiting, and club recruitment at UCLA. Through UBS’s relationships with upperclassmen and business organizations across campus, the workshop is designed to give students overall guidance and a leg-up heading into Winter business club recruitment.

Week 7, Sunday, 11/15: Internship Recruiting
Week 8, Sunday, 11/22: Business Club Recruitment

The workshop is strongly recommended for freshmen, sophomores, and transfer students, particularly those looking to better understand UCLA’s business landscape and prepare for upcoming recruiting opportunities. Given that CD Workshop provides a boost in club recruitment, students will be expected to attend all six one-hour sessions (one excused absence allowed) and must be engaged with material throughout sessions (video on, asking/answering questions, completing short deliverables during sessions etc.) in order to receive the UBS Career Development Certificate.
