Are you an underclassman or third year transfer? Need help propelling yourself onto a path towards business? Interested in preparing for and gaining guidance towards a particular industry or career? The cUBS mentorship program allows UCLA students to pair up with experienced Undergraduate Business Society board members who will not only introduce you to the business world, but also give you advice on how to succeed through academic, resume building, recruiting, and networking workshops. Many cUBS participants end up developing personal connections with their UBS mentors, leading to lasting personal relationships and a great source of guidance through their professional careers. Participants have ended up at prestigious firms including PwC, Facebook, Goldman Sachs, and many more.

UBS is prepared to offer Mentor and Mentee pairings special monthly and end-of-year prizes for completing both professional and social challenges throughout the course of the program. UBS will also be hosting socials/mixers to create a friendly environment for all participants and their mentors to bond and discuss career goals/interests.
